BISOU DRESS-UP COM WINNER

I did jugde today Bisou dress-up comp. I saw all da entries and choose this one because i like the mix of colours. Black and white is always fashion and timeless. The skirt looks very nice on this look on mine opinion. The winner also use a hat and the black high knee socks that was a trend this winter.
