Hotbuys dress is out!

Heyy everyone!
Ok the HB dress is out in starplaza and in my opinion it's a really nice and cute style but very expensive I meen like 18sd for a dress is alot. The dress you can get it at the store EVIL PANDA.
I give it a 7/10!
